New Jersey's Favorite Kids' Docs

Four Summit Medical Group (SMG) physicians are listed among “New Jersey's Favorite Kids' Docs” in the December 2010 issue of New Jersey Family magazine. Readers of the magazine named more than 380 of their favorite doctors, dentists, speech/language therapists, and many other healthcare professionals, who work hard to keep kids healthy and also respond to parents’ concerns.
This year’s list includes the following SMG pediatricians:
Julio C. Diaz M.D., F.A.A.P, earned his B.S. at Pace University, New York, and he earned his M.D. at the University of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Dr. Diaz completed his postdoctoral training at Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Dr. Diaz is board certified in pediatrics. He has been previously listed in New Jersey Family's "NJ's Favorite Kids' Docs."
Daniel E. Hermann, M.D., M.P.H., earned his B.A. at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, his M.P.H. at the University of Texas Science Center School of Public Health in Houston, and his M.D. at St. George University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. Dr. Hermann completed his residency in pediatrics with Atlantic Health, where he was designated Chief Resident. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is board certified in pediatrics. Dr. Hermann has been previously listed in New Jersey Family's "NJ's Favorite Kids' Docs."
Alexa C. Kemeny, M.D., F.A.A.P., earned her B.A. at Harvard College and she earned her M.D. at Harvard Medical School, both in Cambridge, Mass. After graduating, Dr. Kemeny completed her residency at Children's Hospital in Boston. She is board certified in pediatrics.
Beth Singer, M.D., F.A.A.P earned her B.A. at Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, Penn., and she earned her M.D. at New York University School of Medicine, New York. Dr. Singer completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. She is board certified in pediatrics. Dr. Singer has been previously listed in New Jersey Family's "NJ's Favorite Kids' Docs."
