In Fine Spirits Bar & Eatery Announces Open Bar Masquerade 2011 New Year's Eve Celebration

In Fine Spirits Bar & Eatery will celebrate New Year's Eve 2011 with a Masquerade Party. Two seatings of a four-course, wine paired dinner and also an open bar on two levels featuring hand crafted artisan classic cocktails, wine and craft beer.

Andersonville’s In Fine Spirits Bar & Eatery, located at 5420 N. Clark St., in Chicago will be hosting a New Year's Eve Masquerade Celebration. The event will feature open bar on two levels, two seatings of a four course prix fixe dinner paired (with wine) prepared by Chef Marianne Sundquist.

The 6pm dinner only seating is $100 (per person). The 9pm dinner seating is $150 (per person), and it also includes the open bar from 10 pm-1am. The Open Bar Party is from 10pm-2am: $75 (per person) open bar lasts 10pm-1am.

The open bar menu for the evening will include a special selection of wine, craft beer & classic cocktails using artisan spirits mixed by our high energy mixologists. In addition, the food menu will also include artisan cheese, charcuterie & other snacks. The room will be studded with balloons and party favors for a countdown at midnight and special music provided by Future Mountains.

We're not pouring "no brand" rail vodka or Lite drafts. It is a deal not to be missed."

Masquerade masks are definitely encouraged and there will be prizes for best mask, best couples mask and best overall masquerade.

amuse- potato blini house-made sour cream, red onion marmalade, caviar
first course- werp farms mixed green salad~ black eyed peas, garlic croutons, smoked bacon, balsamic-maple vinaigrette, lamont cheddar
second course- handmade raviolo~ fresh ricotta, farm egg, brown butter, truffle, sage
third course- red wine braised shortrib~ collard green-mushroom ragout, creamy polenta, red wine jus
fourth course- tropical dream verrine~ passionfruit curd, toasted coconut, chocolate mousse, coconut cream pound cake, fleur de sel, gruet rose champagne pearls
take home gift- breakfast the next morning-~lemon scones with maple glaze
