About the Author
Joel Jimenez is a native of the Philippines. He thinks he is a hybrid- that he has a mixture of Filipino, Spanish, German and Chinese blood. He has an M.D. degree. In fact, two of them - Doctor of Medicine and Marriage Degree. When he works, he treats and heals patients and when he goes home, he cooks for his wife and children. He has to please his wife otherwise he is in big trouble. Jimenez’ wife was his classmate in medical school and at present she is his roommate. They are blessed with three beautiful and obedient children.
They both finished their medical education at Far Eastern University, Manila, Philippines in the 1980s and continued their Internal Medicine Residency at Woodhull Hospital, Brooklyn, New York in the 1990s. Their subspecialty is making beautiful children, with God’s blessing. They are both practicing Internists in Southwestern US somewhere between Canada and Mexico. His wife came to the US in 1985 as an immigrant who later obtained her US Citizenship and subsequently petitioned him.
