Major, global, financial services firm signs with allegistalent2 Global Partnership

Two global market leaders in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) have secured a multi-continent deal with a global financial services firm.

The deal will involve deployment of an integrated allegistalent2 solution across numerous locations in North America and the Asia Pacific region.

The allegistalent2 global alliance, which is an exclusive multi-year agreement between Allegis Group Services and Talent2, is designed to provide their clients with integrated global HRO solutions.

Talent2 is a market leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East specializing in HRO. Allegis Group Services is a market leading HRO provider in North America, Europe and India.

Randolph Gulian, Executive Vice President/General Manager at Allegis RPO said:

“This very big win is another validation of the allegistalent2 global alliance and the value of the platform that it provides to our multi-national clients. The evolution of global RPO offerings has become one of the most efficient and effective ways to assist corporations in how they think about talent in this very rapidly changing business environment.”

“We seem to be in a cycle right now where companies demand a global capability whether they have a global footprint currently or are planning to develop one. That global perspective allows companies to gain a more cohesive view of their evolving work force. As this trend continues to develop you will also start to see the convergence of full time and contingent talent on a global basis as well. This will be the next frontier“

Andrew Grant, Managing Director HRO at Talent2 said:

“This long-term commitment by allegistalent2 with a global financial services firm to provide HRO services will be transformational for our client and leverages our unique global governance framework that we believe represents world best practice in HRO.”

“We are seeing increasing demand for multi-region HRO services, with clients wanting a specialist provider to help them manage their talent globally. The substantial investment that Talent2 has made with Allegis Group Services in our global project management office will enable clients to work with us globally, in a fully integrated way.”

“This type of demand is driving the growth of HRO, particularly in Asia, where multi-national companies from North America and Europe are forced to look to Asia to achieve their growth targets. This factor is also driving both labour shortages and labour cost increases in the region. The allegistalent2 alliance enables Talent2 to offer HRO services in Asia Pacific and the Middle East, and directly to Allegis Group Services and Talent2 clients in both North America and Europe.”
