Lincoln, NE (PRWEB) November 23, 2010
Nature’s Variety announced today that the company would unveil a new Facebook initiative this Holiday season to help bring cheer to some shelter pets. From November 23 through December 31, 2010, every photo posted to the Nature’s Variety Facebook page of pets enjoying Instinct Biscuits or other Nature’s Variety treats, will see Nature’s Variety donate a box of its popular new Instinct® Grain-Free Biscuits to shelters throughout North America.
“This initiative helps bring our Facebook friends closer to our brand and to what Nature’s Variety is all about,” said Jill Gainer, Nature’s Variety Instinct Brand Director. “Not every pet has a loving family during the holidays, so in our own way, we can share a bit of holiday cheer with a small indulgence that they will really love.”
Donations earned through this program will be allocated evenly to the following pet shelters, and one lucky randomly chosen shelter submitted by Nature’s Variety’s Facebook friends:
Red Door Animal Shelter, Chicago, IL http://www.reddoorshelter.org/
Smiling Dog Farms, Wharton, TX http://www.smilingdogfarms.org/
The Toronto Humane Society, Toronto, Ontario Canada http://www.torontohumanesociety.com/
Pet Food Bank, Vancouver, BC Canada http://www.petfoodbank.ca
Nature’s Variety Instinct Grain-Free Biscuits come in four varieties and are available now at independent pet food retailers where Nature’s Variety products are sold. To learn more about the Holiday Donation initiative, visit http://www.naturesvariety.com.
