It’s not usual to have a satisfied customer speak highly of a company but what about a pair of puppets? Time-to-Play.com is an online resource for gift givers of toys and family entertainment run by aNb Media and is very pleased with the IT support provided by eMazzanti Technologies. Rather than the normal kudos, the president and Editor-in-Chief decided on a more whimsical endorsement using their own voices and two excited puppets. Not Funny: Technology Hodge-Podge Costs $200,000 Annually
As aNb Media grew to 13 people so did the computer problems. The firm’s network, hardware and software became a hodge-podge of disparate technologies and incompatibilities—old and newer computers, mixed operating systems, different software versions, etc. Other technology-related issues such as effective firewalls, spam filters, slow internet access and sporadic backup-protection, dramatically impeded productivity in and out of the office. New IT Partner Sought
Though aNb Media had an existing IT partner, the company was not solving the problems that persisted within the toy publisher’s operation.
