Swank Modern Design in Palm Springs, California, presents its inaugural exhibition of erotic photography by American Artist John Goss from December 1, 2010 through January 9, 2011. The gallery will hold open viewings from 11am-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays December 4 and 5, 11 and 12, 18 and 19, plus January 8 and 9. The Sensual World includes 18 large, color photo prints of erotic male nudes with exotic flowers and plants shot in Thailand, Singapore and Sri Lanka.

John Goss is an American artist living and working in the Asia/Pacific region. He received his MFA from California Institute of the Arts, a National Endowment for the Arts fellowship, and was nominated for the Herb Alpert Award in the Arts. His art has been exhibited around the world, including the Whitney Museum of American Art, London Institute of Contemporary Art, Hirschorn Museum, Walker Arts Center, Institute of Contemporary Photography NY, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Hong Kong Arts Centre, International Center of Photography, and The National Gallery of Canada.

Swank Modern Design is located at 1887 N Whitewater Club Drive, Palm Springs, adjacent to the historic El Rancho Vista Estates featuring classic mid-century modern homes designed by modernist architect Donald Wexler.
