ClarusIPC Plus+ SLI for HP NNMi 9, an integrated solution, maximizes Cisco IP Telephony availability by testing and monitoring end-user calls for problems such as call setup failures, poor voice quality, fraud or incorrect routing. When any irregularities are encountered, SNMP traps are forwarded to HP Network Node Manager i -- automatically creating actionable incidents that can be evaluated immediately by the designated IT or telecom professional.

- Monitor the daily Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Unity systems for add, remove and update configuration changes
- Perform automated end-user tests, on-demand or schedules as Daily Health Checks, and receive integrated alerts when test fail
- Cross-launch into the ClarusIPC Plus+ remote phone control application to troubleshoot issues using actual phones
- Cross-launch into the ClarusIPC Plus+ Help Desk application to view phone/line settings, recent call history and compare configurations of “trouble” and “reference” phones
