The link we have built is a true integration, created using Web Services for seamless two-way data sharing. I am confident we can jointly bring benefit beyond the single insurer solution to the wider market

The two products are widely regarded as market-leaders in their fields (ClaimWatch for online vehicle repair tracking, and Proclaim for management of accident and injury claims). The new integration link has undergone a successful eight-week pilot within one of the UK's largest accident repair groups, and is now available to other work providers who use Proclaim and ClaimWatch.
ClaimWatch is a web-based tracking package used by the bodyshop industry to keep insurer systems and policyholders up-to-date with the repair status of their vehicle(s), twenty-four hours a day. The system provides text message updates and a complete personal online view of vehicle repair progress. Proclaim is the leading solution for managing accident claims within legal and accident management companies, and integrates a core CRM system with document production and ongoing task management.
By using the two systems in tandem, accident management companies have access to a powerful integrated platform for FNOL, claims tracking, customer care, management reporting, and all aspects of the repair process. Repetition of data entry is negated, and a workflow system automatically triggers 'next steps' to progress cases with as little wastage as possible.
ClaimWatch's Managing Director, Steve Wheele, comments:
“The sophisticated yet simple way ClaimWatch utilises text messaging and the internet integrates perfectly with Proclaim to feed through automatic updates. Together with Proclaim we now have a real opportunity of completing the circle, potentially helping to save Insurers huge amounts of time and money on Claim centre resources.
This helps put us and our customers in control, releasing staff from answering dozens of routine queries and giving the bodyshop a very professional image. It really is a win-win situation for everyone.”
Russell Thomson, Chief Business Executive at Eclipse, adds:
“We are always interested in building integration with complementary and respected systems. We have an 'open systems' ethos here at Eclipse, and ClaimWatch - with its excellent reputation in the repair market - fits the bill perfectly. By linking Proclaim with ClaimWatch we are now providing not only a market-leading claims management system, but we are also providing an important window into the repair shops themselves.
The link we have built is a true integration, created using Web Services for seamless two-way data sharing. I am confident we can jointly bring benefit beyond the single insurer solution to the wider market, and many work providers will come to regard this as a vital addition to their software processes.”
