Michael Management Corporation, a leader in online SAP training, today announced its “Pay It Forward” campaign to offer complimentary training to job-seekers in need of further SAP education. The program is intended to identify unemployed individuals in SAP-related fields who are actively looking for employment and who would benefit from Michael Management’s online SAP training.

Michael Management has quickly become a leading provider of online SAP training for individuals and corporations. The company offers a full suite of courses that address a wide range of SAP-related specialties, delivering more than 6,000 web-based training courses in the past three years alone. In addition, many Fortune 500 companies are currently using the company’s training solutions to train their workforces on important SAP functionality.

“Professional training is probably most critical when someone is between jobs, yet that’s the time when financial resources are especially strained,” said Thomas Michael, CEO of Michael Management. “We have the tools to help these individuals become better qualified for SAP-related jobs, and we feel it’s our responsibility to do our part to facilitate training for people who are determined to claw their way back into the workforce.”

Michael Management is accepting applications on the company’s website through December 31, 2010. The application process is not a lengthy one – applicants simply complete a few basic questions about themselves and their current situation. Most importantly, people need to articulate why they are seeking the training, and how the training will benefit them in their job search.

A group of finalists will be selected on January 15, 2011. The three winners will be chosen from the pool of finalists and will be notified by the end of January. Michael Management staff will work with each individual to assess their needs and scope out a training regimen that will complement their existing skillset. While the training doesn’t guarantee job placement, it will certainly help the winners become better qualified as they continue their quest for SAP-related jobs.
