Maureen Holland, Vice President, National Client Services Group
Maureen has over 12 years of experience in the litigation support and legal technology industry. Her first hand experience with data preservation, document review and production for the purpose of litigation has amply prepared her for her new role in managing the National Client Services Group. Maureen always seeks the best solutions for her clients and will provide excellent leadership to her team.
The National Client Services Group is comprised of litigation support professionals, paralegals and attorneys. The team advises D4 clients on the processing of electronic data and document review strategies using products such as Access Data Summation, kCura Relativity, and Lexis Nexis Concordance.
Tom Groom, Vice President of Discovery Engineering
Tom is a recognized e-Discovery expert with over two decades of experience in Information Technology; having focused for 15 years on litigation support, document review, and e-Discovery procedures. As the VP of Discovery Engineering at D4, Tom advises clients on issues involving ESI, including secure collection methodologies, optimized ESI processing and review workflows, and preparation for litigation contingency.
Jerry Morgan, Ph.D., Vice President of Operations, Rochester, NY
Jerry joins D4 after a 20+ year career with Arnold Magnetics, an international manufacturer of magnetic components and assemblies. He holds an MBA and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. Jerry has tremendous experience in Total Quality Management, and will be a strong leader for D4 in this area.
