Catapult Technology, Ltd., a leading Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Information Technology (IT) contractor to the Federal Government, announced that Stephanie Balint has joined the company as Director, Business Development, for the Enterprise Systems division.
Balint will focus on capturing new IT support services business within Army installations and DOD agencies. She will lead the capture management process, from opportunity identification to proposal development to contract award. She will also establish business relationships with teaming partners as part of the capture strategy.
Balint is an accomplished program manager and business development executive with a long-standing record in delivering profitable projects while driving growth in public sector accounts.

Balint comes to Catapult from Dell Services (formerly Perot Systems), where she worked most recently as Director, responsible for new business growth and program management for Dell Services Army programs.
She has also worked as Program Manager at Business Transformation Agency (BTA), Program Operations Manager, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Help Desk Manager, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Customer Service Manager at LOCAMOTION, Help Desk Manager at SOZA & CO., Systems Analyst, on a contract for the U.S. Geological Survey, among other companies over the course of a 16-year career.
