“Taste of Luxe” Tapas Menu Now Offered at Marquis Los Cabos Resort

A regularly lauded culinary experience in Mexico, Marquis Los Cabos now offers yet another incredible dining option with its “Taste of Luxe” tapas menu. The four-dish tasting menu presents a selection of signature dishes from the resort’s gourmet restaurant, Canto del Mar, including a shrimp kebab with smoked marlin in parsley sauce, seared tuna with cream cheese in an agave honey & soy sauce, a mini rack of lamb with sweet potato mousseline in pepper sauce, as well as fresh salmon with a chorizo ratatouille & sweet pepper. Master French Chef and Marquis’ Executive Chef Thierry Dufour, who was awarded the prestigious 2009 "San Pascual" for lifetime achievement and contribution to Mexico cuisine, crafted the menu, reasonably priced at $16 USD. The menu is now available at El Suspiro, open daily from 3 pm to midnight. El Suspiro also offers nightly live music and spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez under the breathtaking stars of the Los Cabos sky. In addition to the new tapas menu, guests can enjoy a wide selection of top liquor, beer, wine, appetizers, and light dinner fare, as well as over 85 brands of tequila.
