In her new role, Richman will be responsible for expanding the growing company’s unique outplacement and RPO solutions nationally.

Richman has more than 12 years’ sales and management experience working with human capital, recruitment, and technology software and solutions. She comes to RiseSmart from First Advantage Employer Services, where she served as director of sales, where she led a team of six, and drew $10 million in revenue. Richman also has held positions of market manager, recruitment marketing manager, business development manager and senior recruiter for Randstad, an international staffing organization.

Richman is based in Indiana, where she serves as a strong regional presence alongside fellow RiseSmart regional vice presidents Franz Gilbert of the Southeast region and Jennifer Swindle of the South Central region. Richman will serve clients in Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Michigan, Kentucky and Illinois.
Richman is a graduate of Ball State University, where she received a bachelor of arts in journalism.
