Orlando-based Navigator Executive Advisors continues an aggressive expansion push by forming an alliance with Fasold Global Consulting. The partnership combines the respective strengths of two leaders in the career services industry.

Orlando, Fla. (PRWEB) March 5, 2010 -- Orlando-based Navigator Executive Advisors (NAE), a multi-faceted outplacement and career transition company operating in 50 major metro markets across the country, has teamed up with one of the world’s leading career development firms – Fasold Global Consulting LLC.

Fasold Global Consulting (FGC), also based in Orlando and serving corporate clients in more than 20 countries around the world including Russia, China and Australia, will serve as an alliance partner and use its extensive global resources to help expand NEA’s presence in the international community, says Navigator Executive Advisors CEO and founder Matt Durfee.

FGC (http://www.ReginaFasold.com) is headed by Regina Erhart Fasold, who specializes in executive performance coaching, executive leadership training and corporate change management processing for corporate clients throughout the world. Among her global clientele are entrepreneurs, business owners and C-suite executives from the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, China, Russia and Australia, as well as the Mideast, including Dubai, Sharja and Kuwait.

The NEA-Fasold partnership follows on the heels of a major nationwide expansion push launched in January by 3-year-old NEA (http://www.navexec.com) in response to the nation’s continued high unemployment.

NEA, which recently added New York, Detroit, St. Louis, Nashville and Kansas City to its national network, now has more than 120 career transition and executive coaching specialists in place to assist with the client out placement needs for as many as 7,000 displaced employees.

The company recently unveiled plans to provide outplacement services outside the United States to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia and the alliance with FGC will help accelerate those intentions.

“Our partnership combines the respective strengths of two highly respected companies in the career services industry,” says Durfee. “We believe this will open the door to many business opportunities around the world due to the ailing global economy and the mounting demands on senior executives to deliver results with fewer resources. By bundling our services, we also will be able to offer our clients the convenience of one-stop shopping for critical talent management services.”

NEA wants to capitalize on Fasold’s vast international reputation in the executive coaching arena to help introduce prospective clients to the outplacement capabilities of Navigator Executive Advisors and sister online company Navigator Institute and the services each provide. In turn, Durfee plans to promote Fasold’s international executive coaching expertise to Navigator’s clients in the United States and around the globe.

According to Durfee, FGC’s executive coaching approach is an ideal complement to NEA’s traditional outplacement services. Company founder Regina Fasold is a native of Switzerland and is fluent in Swiss, German, French and English. She has lived and worked in various countries throughout Europe before moving to the United States, equipping her with a profound intercultural knowledge and understanding of business, economics and psychology from country to country. This professional insight has allowed her to work with hundreds of decision makers and leaders around the globe in the areas of personal and professional development.

Navigator Executive Advisors, on the other hand, is comprised of executive advisors and career counselors who have held senior management Human Resources and leadership positions at some of the world’s most respected and recognized companies such as Pepsi Cola, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Nestle, Marriott Corporation, Frito-Lay International, Hertz, Darden Restaurants, Reuters, Ingersoll Rand, 3M, Centex Homes and Hallmark Cards.

Since its inception, NEA has provided assistance and career guidance to more than a thousand professionals at both management and non-management levels, as well as dozens of corporations, businesses and non-profit organizations.

Sister company Navigator Institute is an interactive, on-line company that specializes in job search skills and career development training for college graduates, the unemployed, seniors and those in career flux.
