New Productivity Solutions Offer Real-Time Access to Integrated Customer and Market Information

Since both apps use the Force.com cloud platform and next generation tablet technology, our clients’ operating costs are actually going down, while productivity is going up. It’s the right equation at the right time.

360 Vantage®, a leader in sales and marketing productivity solutions for the Life Sciences industry, announced today the general availability of its new 360 CRM™ app for the Apple® iPad™. The full-featured CRM app is customized for the specific requirements of each Life Sciences sales force, and has successfully been deployed with North America-based Life Sciences firms. The company’s closed-loop marketing app for the iPad, 360 CLM™, is currently in pre-release, and the company is actively seeking additional customers for the beta cycle expected to start this quarter. Both apps are developed to run natively on the iPad enabling offline access and seamless integration with other 360 Vantage systems built on Force.com, the multi-tenant cloud computing platform from Salesforce.com.

The 360 CRM app provides sales reps instant access to current customer information as well as the ability to pre-call plan and log call activity, including sample and spend details. The 360 CRM app also integrates prescriber-level data, sample eligibility, and provides a pre-validated signature capture feature to minimize paper processes while simplifying compliance efforts.

The 360 CLM solution provides sales and marketing presentation capabilities on the iPad along with a cloud-based digital asset management system for distributing, tracking, and retiring materials in real-time. The system also provides an integrated analytics engine that reduces the time needed to evaluate strategies and adjust tactics in the field based on current market feedback. 360 CLM cuts printing and shipping costs and helps clients respond quickly to evolving regulatory requirements while providing a more engaging experience for sales reps with their customers.

“Our customers are excited about these new apps,” commented Mario Martinez II, CEO of 360 Vantage. “With 360 CRM, clients are already seeing significant improvements in their sales force productivity. We expect equally significant results for the marketing function with 360 CLM, especially given the current economic and regulatory environment. Since both apps use the Force.com cloud platform and next generation tablet technology, our clients’ operating costs are actually going down, while productivity is going up. It’s the right equation at the right time.”
