Pittsburgh-based InventHelp® attempts to submit clients' inventions to companies for review.

InventHelp®, America’s largest inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Alabama, has designed a device that enables an individual to haul a wheeled trash receptacle to a curb or sidewalk for pickup. This invention is patented.

The “Trash B Gone” makes it easier to haul trash to a pickup location. While this device could be especially beneficial for individuals who have long driveways, it would also eliminate the need to carry or drag heavy trash receptacles a long distance. According to the inventor, this would be ideal for individuals who live in rural areas. It could also be utilized by the elderly and those with limited mobility.

This invention would consist of a hitch-based device constructed from steel and rubber. Featuring a square, steel base that is connected to the existing trailer hitch at the rear of a car or truck, an arm that extends up and slightly outward from the base would also be incorporated. To use, an individual would secure the device to a vehicle, attach the handle of the receptacle to the device and slowly drive the receptacle to the area where the trash would be collected.

InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 07-BHA-2167 at (800) 851-6030.
