Pittsburgh-based InventHelp® attempts to submit clients' inventions to companies for review.

InventHelp®, America’s largest inventor service company, announces that two of its clients, inventors from California, have created a modified receptacle that would take the hassle out of recycling. This invention is patented.

The “Eco Trash” would provide a convenient way to organize garbage and recycling preventing clutter. While the unit includes two removable liners, one for conventional garbage and one for recycling, it would also save a user from having to go outdoors in order to toss out recycling. According to the inventor, additionally it would promote responsible garbage and recycling habits for everyone.

This device would consist of a rectangular modified trash receptacle with a lid that covers the top opening that would include a handle on the front, both resting on pivot pegs that would allow the unit to flip up and down. The interior of the receptacle would hold two removable, open-topped liners; one liner would be used for trash and the other for recycling. Comprised of plastic, this invention would be designed to be more economical and affordable for everyone including eco-conscious adults, college students and young adults.

InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 09-GDA-3853 at (800) 851-6030.
