Denver, CO (Vocus) September 21, 2010 -- Attention Four Mile Canyon Fire Victims. Scott O’Sullivan and several other local attorneys are sponsoring a free seminar this Wednesday (September 22, 2010) from 7-9 p.m. at the St. John’s Episcopal Church at 1419 Pine Street in Boulder for policyholders and insureds who’ve suffered losses from the Four Mile Canyon Fire.

The seminar will provide information from public adjusters and others knowledgeable about insurance, homeowner’s coverages and benefits available under their policies. There will be attorneys who specialize in insurance to provide additional answers if the policyholders have questions.

The informational seminar will help the insureds and others who’ve suffered losses from the fire to make sense out of the chaotic mess they’ve been thrust into, including Proof of Claim Loss forms, what pitfalls to avoid, how best to help their insurance adjuster, what issues they can expect to encounter, what if they have a partial loss, what if they have a total loss and replacement coverage, how do they handle subsistence costs, what should the insurers be providing and when, and anything else that comes up from the presentation.

Bring your questions and a copy of your policy (if possible).

Scott O'Sullivan is an attorney in Denver, Colorado and is joining forces with other attorneys that want to help you get your life back on track. There is absolutely no obligation and no strings attached. Victims of other recent wildfires in Loveland and Nederland are also encouraged to attend.
