Call tracking will give managers the ability to make smarter online advertising decisions.
Provo, UT (Vocus) September 21, 2010
Vacancy.com, an apartment listing and search engine marketing website, today announced the launch of its new call tracking feature. The new service is designed to increase property managers’ abilities to track lead sources and measure the effectiveness of keywords used in a search engine marketing campaign.
Launched in early 2010, Vacancy.com provides apartments for rent listings and an SEM co-op model that allows property management companies to combine SEM efforts to get the most hits from their pay-per-click campaigns. Vacancy.com’s call tracking service will track phone calls that originate from Vacancy.com by assigning each property listing an individual phone extension. All phone calls to the given extension will be flagged to show Vacancy.com as the lead source.
Available reporting will help track where leads are coming from and which SEM keywords are most effective and generating leads. “These measuring tools will provide managers all of the information they need to make advertising decisions,” said Bryan Wade, Director of Vacancy.com. “Call tracking will give managers the ability to make smarter online advertising decisions.”
Vacancy.com also tracks guest cards and pay-per-clicks to help clients measure their keywords' strength. “It's important for managers to always be monitoring which keywords are performing best,” said Dave Bateman, CEO of Vacancy.com. “Having that data will make it easier to manage SEM campaigns and will increase conversion ratios.”
