In 3 days, over 40 expert speakers on climate change and sustainability are meeting at the first annual World Ecological Forum in Visby, Sweden.

With 3 days until World Ecological Forum 2010, over 40 expert speakers on climate change and sustainability are heading to Visby, Sweden, to discuss and demonstrate the urgent need for environmental action.

“We need to make decisions that will change our mind-set and we need to act now,” says Alec Arho Havrén, Founding Chairman of the World Ecological Forum. “What if we tackled the climate crisis with the same level of urgency as the financial crises? That is the level of engagement that we need to see.”

Issues that will be addressed during the Gotland Summit include planetary boundaries, green leadership, green business innovations and investment, carbon emissions, and climate negotiations.
