TTI Technologies, the hospitality industry’s leading provider of Driver’s License/Passport Scanners, Business Centers, Concierge Services and other hotel solutions was selected by Marriott Uniondale Hotel & Conference Center to design and install their new Business Center.
For years, the Marriott Uniondale Hotel & Conference Center maintained a traditional business center in the back of their lobby. When the time came time to update the equipment and atmosphere, TTI Technologies stepped up to the plate and delivered.
The property renovated a room in the center of the lobby to implement a new Business Center solution. TTI brought in carpenters to build custom furniture that would house brand new All-in-One Dell computers with built-in webcams, easy access USB ports, Skype phones, color laser printer, and a fax/copy/scan terminal. In addition, TTI provided a courtesy telephone for guests to easily access 24/7 live support. As part of their exceptional customer service, TTI’s hotel liaison worked side-by-side with the hotel’s management team to ensure a smooth transition to the new Business Center. The TTI team was also present for the first week of operation to assist with any last minute layout modifications and customer requests.
