iPerceptions Inc. (TSX.V:IPE), a leading provider of web-focused Voice of Customer analytics, announced today that it has donated 7 donkeys through Oxfam to celebrate the integration of 4Q, its free survey solution, within Google Analytics reports. iPerceptions has donated seven donkeys to help support families in conflict-ridden regions, such as Darfur.

At the recent eMetrics conference in San Jose, California, iPerceptions invited attendees to play a game of ‘Pin-the-Tail’ at their booth with the tag line ‘Don’t do web analytics blindfolded.’ For every 20 winners, iPerceptions promised to donate a donkey through Oxfam’s America Unwrapped program. Pin-the-Tail participants included Jim Sterne, the founding director, president and current chair of the Web Analytics Association, and web analytics thought leader, Avinash Kaushik.
Launched in March 2008 in collaboration with noted web analytics author and blogger Avinash Kaushik, 4Q allows companies to listen directly to site visitors and use their feedback to improve the online experience. The integration of 4Q with Google Analytics reports is the only free solution that allows users to combine web analytics clickstream data and matching VoC feedback for each individual visit.
