Internal Ownership Transfer Brings Upon a Brand Rebirth

Kelser Corporation (DBA New Technology Systems NTS}, a leading provider of technology products and services to the insurance and financial markets, has announced the completion of an internal transfer of ownership by the company’s Vice President and 25 year partner Barry Kelly. The buyout comes on the heels of former President Bruce Kelly’s retirement from the role. Mr. (Bruce) Kelly will remain active at Kelser for advisory and special project roles.

According to a recent statement, the organization intends to remove the DBA brand name NTS (New Technology Systems) in an effort to focus on brand name growth and consistency for current customers whom are already familiar with the Kelser name. In addition, it was stated that changes to staff, management, or operations impacting current business would not take place.

For many, NTS has served as a hallmark of quality and reliability with a rich 25 year history marking the Connecticut based provider as one of the most stable and consistent organizations within the industry. According to Mr. (Barry) Kelly, “although the change will come with some significant branding changes to accommodate future growth; for most of our customers the impact is minimal as our staff and operations will remain unchanged. Our focus is and always has been customer service before all else”

Tom Sharp, Kelser Vice President of Sales and Marketing, recently stated, “The core of our organization remains fundamentally unchanged and in fact, most of our existing customers are already familiar with the Kelser name from previous activities. The decision to absorb the NTS brand upon Barry’s (Kelly) role announcement just made sense when considering the future plans of the organization.”

Although specifics of future plans were not released, a Kelser spokesperson indicated that the company’s core business offerings, partnerships, and overall commitment to excellence would continue unchanged. Kelser’s primary partnerships include strong ties with Hewlett Packard, Cisco, and software giant VMware. Business consulting firm HSG Global Services (http://www.hsgglobal.com) was also recruited to aid in the transition and to manage logistics for the overall brand and marketing strategy.
