The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "We are urging Judge Fallon of the Federal District Court of New Orleans to do everything possible to ramp up the settlements, for the already identified Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall victims." They say, "We are losing homeowners each day, who have already been identified by your court, because they cannot afford to pay rent on two homes anymore, and or they are terrified about the health consequences related to long term exposure to Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall. Either way we are losing them. We now fear if something does not change very quickly-the 7000+ Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall victims identified by your court will dwindle down to about 3000 by August." The group is also saying, "we still don't think we have even come close to identifying all Knauf Tianjin Toxic Chinese drywall victims in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, or Southeast Texas. At best we think we have only identified about 5%. Because of intermixing Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall, we think a more accurate number of US homeowner victims is over 100,000." http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

With everyday of no settlement for these completely innocent homeowners, stuck with toxic Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall, more people just walk away in frustration

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is begging Judge Fallon of the Federal District Court of New Orleans to do everything possible to expedite the settlement process for the 7000+ already identified homeowner victims, stuck with Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall, in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Southeast Texas. The group says, "With everyday of no settlement for these completely innocent homeowners, stuck with toxic Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall, more people just walk away in frustration, because the settlement process, to them, seems to just be dragging along, with no time lines, very little information, and not much to be hopeful for." They say, "Judge Fallon, these toxic Chinese drywall victims have completely been kicked to the curb. We have a sitting US President, who has yet to mention toxic Chinese drywall one time in public, we have federal agencies like the EPA, and or the Centers for Disease Control, that have the toxic Chinese drywall disaster for US homeowners on ignore, and these precious victims desperately need your help, and a sense of urgency from all involved." http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "We are now in the starting stages of dramatically expanding our efforts to identify more toxic Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall homeowners. Because we see no sense of urgency from anyone on Knauf Tianjin, we intend to double the number of Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall identified homes from 7000+, to 14,000+, within the next six months." They say, "Aside from reworking all subdivisions, where Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall has been discovered, we are now going after all homeowners in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Southeast Texas, who had to replace drywall after Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Ike, and Ivan." http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is also saying, "China, and over a dozen of it's toxic Chinese drywall makers are ignoring desperate US homeowners, stuck in a home, poisoned by their exported drywall. Because of this, we are now formally demanding President Obama replace the current worthless Chairperson, and all other political appointees from the absolutely pathetic US Consumer Products Safety Commission, and fill these poisitions with no nonsense, fist pounding lawyers, who will tell the Chinese in no uncertain terms; cough up the billions for the US toxic Chinese drywall disaster right now-or our new big trading partner is India, or Vietnam-any country but China." The Group says, "At the same time President Obama, and the US Congress must address the toxic Chinese drywall disaster for US homeowners, with a meaningful federal response. This federal response must include mortgage disaster relief for the innocent homeowner victims, and it must include an immediate moratorium on all US banks reselling toxic Chinese home foreclosures-AS IS-with no mention the home contains toxic Chinese drywall." They say, "We also need to know what the long term health effects are, related to constant exposure to toxic Chinese drywall. If toxic Chinese drywall will turn electrical wires black, or degrade copper pipes-what is it doing to the kids, who live in these homes? This is the US, not China, and we are supposed to be better than this as a nation. We will not back down on these issues, nor will we walk away from these innocent homeowners, and their families." http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
