I decided McClure Tables should bring back this classic, but we would only do it if we could manufacture a reproduction that was truly a worthy replica of the original. We trademarked the Rock-Ola Standard Shuffleboard name and really did our homework so that we can make an authentic reproduction of the original, antique Rock-Ola Classic Shuffleboard.

McClure Tables, manufacturer and supplier of top quality McClure and Adroit shuffleboard tables, will bring back the classic Rock-Ola shuffleboard table. Shuffleboard has increased in popularity in recent years, reaching its highest point since the World War II Era. During 1948 and 1949, classic Rock-Ola shuffleboards were manufactured. Because they were only made for two years, they are now difficult to find and highly prized, but McClure Tables is stepping in to fill the void.
Todd McClure, CEO of McClure Tables, Inc., explains, “At one time, over one hundred companies were manufacturing shuffleboard tables, but the classic Rock-Ola shuffleboards were considered some of the finest in the industry. Unfortunately, they were only made for two years. Some companies today make reproductions of this model, but I just love the quality of the originals. I’ve scoured the country looking for the originals and have spent a great deal of time and money restoring them to their original glory. I was quite surprised during my research into their manufacturing process to discover they’d never trademarked the Standard Shuffleboard name.”

McClure Tables has long been known for its dedication to high quality craftsmanship and materials. They use superior hard maple woods and top quality polymers and butcher block construction for a smooth surface that gives years of exceptional performance.
McClure also elaborated on the company’s new manufacturing plans for their Antique Rock-Ola Shuffleboard Replica, “We’ve been evaluating a variety of factors concerning where we would manufacture the new Rock-Ola line. We wanted a reasonable turn around time from order to delivery as well as a way to create jobs in Michigan. It just made sense to create a manufacturing facility here at home, where we could offer maximum customization and reduce turn around time. We will start manufacturing in the USA with the Rock-Ola models and will bring the complete McClure line to the USA by 2011.”
McClure Tables officially completed the installation of all woodworking equipment to open their new factory on October 1st of 2010. They have one of the largest RF (radio Frequency Press) glue presses in the industry used to glue up the shuffleboard butcher block tops. After the installation of state of the art equipment McClure will now manufacture all shuffleboard tables in the USA in 2011. In addition, they currently are having a huge clearance sale on all inventories in stock in an effort to make the switch from outsourcing to in house manufacturing. You can save up to $1200 off their already low on line prices on many shuffleboard tables for details see Clearance Shuffleboard Table Sale here.
