DENMARK(the agency) has developed a series of social media events for small business communications and IT provider, Cbeyond. The free events, which consist of a seminar and workshop, are designed to give small business owners practical advice on reaching customers and growing revenues through the use of social media.

Although not originally intended as a lead generator, for these events have earned a positive ROI, prompting Cbeyond to add additional markets. Additionally, because of the overall success of these Cbeyond partners, Cisco Systems and Research In Motion, have become involved and have taken an active role within the format of these seminars.
