The Ladies Professional Wrestling Association (LPWA) video archives are making their way to the internet. Owned by LPWA Inc., All Women Wrestling offers users a membership that allows access to over 70 classic ladies wrestling matches, with more added each month.
In addition to the membership site, users may read past coverage about the organization and browse high quality photo galleries of the professional lady wrestlers.
Encoded straight from the masters, the videos are as high quality as anything from the early 1990s can be. Users may stream unlimited videos during their membership. Free previews of every match are offered and several full matches can also be found.
The LPWA was a women-only wrestling promotion that operated from 1989-1992. It was the first such company to focus on the wrestling, instead of gimmicks and glamour of other organizations. The first LPWA Champion was Susan Sexton. Other wrestlers, such as Madusa Miceli, Terri Power, Reggie Bennett, Malia Hosaka, and Heidi Lee Morgan would go on to star in WWF (WWE), WCW, All-Japan, and other professional wrestling promotions. In addition to the future stars, legends like Leilani Kai, Wendi Richter, and Judy Martin also spent time wrestling in the LPWA.
Women's wrestling fans can visit AllWomenWrestling.com, the official site of the LPWA, to watch vintage women wrestling clips, or become a member and view complete matches.
