Marcel Media, an award-winning Chicago-based strategic interactive advisory firm that specializes in online marketing and SEO, is sponsoring this month’s Chicago Association of Direct Marketing (CADM) “Second Wednesday” Luncheon featuring an educational offering: “Data Democracy: How Google is Bringing Marketing Measurement to the Masses.” The Luncheon, designed to introduce marketers to tools that help them leverage their online marketing resources and activities, is scheduled for May 12 from 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. central at Petterino’s Restaurant, 50 West Randolph Street, Chicago, IL. Marcel Media’s support of the CADM educational program is part of the firm’s ongoing effort to help educate marketing professionals in the area of online marketing and analytics.

The luncheon presentation will feature Kristen Nomura, manager for Google’s Sales Analytics team, who will share insights on how Google has “democratized data” for marketers. As Google has brought concepts like website analytics and multivariate testing to the masses, Nomura will discuss ways that advertisers leverage these resources to optimize their marketing strategies, uncover new opportunities to reach their target audience, and stay aligned with changing customer behavior.
