AcornVac vacuum plumbing systems and Whitehall patient care units team up to reduce water consumption while minimizes the spread of airborne bacteria maintain. The AcornVac system also maintains a healthy plumbing infrastructure with no disruption to care.

AcornVac, a sister company to Whitehall manufacturing, employs a new plumbing system that provides the healthcare industry with a way to reduce water conamination. As an alternative to traditional gravity plumbing, the system works with toilets to eliminate teh vaporization of the flushing cycle. In addition, the system effectively flushes on 0.5 gallons per flush versus the conventional 1.6 gpf, thereby reducing water use by as much as 68 percent.
