Alliance enables StoneEagle Insurance Systems customers to book vehicle service contracts electronically directly from the dealer’s point-of-sale.

With our PEN certified Interface, we can now offer our clients more options for booking contracts electronically from a large and growing number of dealerships.

Provider Exchange Network (PEN), a division of Open Dealer Exchange, LLC, is pleased to announce that StoneEagle Insurance Systems, Inc. (StoneEagle) has successfully completed a PEN Certified Interface, allowing automotive dealers and aftermarket product providers to electronically book vehicle service contracts using the SCS and ARCH product administration systems.

“We are pleased to partner with StoneEagle and bring PEN’s advanced capabilities to their customers,” said Mark Virag, Managing Director of PEN. “PEN’s connectivity with any dealer system or menu gives vehicle service contract providers using a StoneEagle product administration system increased exposure for their products in the marketplace.”

PEN is an electronic data exchange that streamlines the sales process by integrating the F&I product provider with the dealer’s point-of-sale system, whether through a menu or directly with the dealership management system (DMS) desking software. This unique integration approach eliminates the need for separate applications to enable eContracting for aftermarket products. Functions include electronic ratings, forms preparation and contract origination.

“For years we have truly believed in and supported the theory behind the ‘exchange’ model now offered by PEN,” said Brent Allen, President of StoneEagle Insurance Systems. “With our PEN Certified Interface, we can now offer our clients more options for booking contracts electronically from a large and growing number of dealerships.”
