Iolite Technologies Corporation President, Gunars Strauts, officially announced today the appointment of Jonathan Blake as Chief Technology Officer. Jonathan is a seasoned engineer who is well considered within the fields of large-scale web development and the mobile internet.
Blake was formerly Senior Developer of Suite101 Media Inc., a Canadian based privately held website providing quality articles to over 30 million visitors a month.
“Jonathan’s proven industry experience and leadership skills have provided him with unique and expert insights into building scalable web architectures, user-centric interface design, and most importantly, how to turn innovative ideas into marketable reality,” said Gunars Strauts, President of Iolite.
As CTO, Blake will be taking on the role of architecting and implementing Iolite’s flagship products and services - as well as developing the core foundations, and overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of the company.
