Information Access Systems, Inc. (IAS), a leading Systems Integrator specializing in Imaging, Workflow, and Enterprise Content Management, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Cutting Edge Solutions, Inc. This acquisition solidifies IAS's position as one of North America's top providers of enterprise content management including Government, Healthcare, Energy, and Insurance industries.
The combination of IAS with extensive industry experience for business process automation and the advanced data capture solutions from CES's enterprise services group will extend IAS's powerful reach for providing integrated, automated, and sustainable ECM solutions for managing the information lifecycle of documents for SMB and enterprise level clients. CES headquarters will remain in Kansas City, Missouri after the acquisition and function as a regional office of IAS. Satellite offices will continue to operate in West Palm Beach, FL, Frankfort, KY, Tulsa, OK, St. Louis, MO, Springfield, MO, Cleveland, OH, and Omaha, NE.
"The acquisition of CES is another example of IAS's continued expertise and leadership in delivering ECM solutions that provide real business impact to our customers," said David Godiksen, President of Information Access Systems. "CES fulfills all prerequisites for IAS to successfully expand our geographic footprint, existing customer base, and provide unrivaled solutions to our clients."
"Our staff is very excited to join this winning team and we look forward to working together with our new colleagues at IAS," said Jack Roberts, President of Cutting Edge Solutions. "Existing customers of IAS and CES will benefit greatly from the combination of two exceptional companies with an impressive track record in software as a service (SaaS), hosted, and on-premise ECM solutions."
Information Access Systems is continuing to focus on sustainable business growth both organically and through acquisition in North America.
