Tuttle as the company’s Vice President of Strategic Services. In this newly created position, Tuttle will play a key executive role in the company’s growth plans, working closely with clients to enhance their programs and developing additional services and offerings for the company as it continues to lead in the email marketing and digital targeted messaging space.
Tuttle brings more than 13 years of award-winning expertise in multiple areas of digital marketing to his new role. Previously, Tuttle served as a Vice President at Collinson Media and served as COO of Engauge Digital, the interactive division of Engauge Marketing, where he worked with brands such as The Home Depot, Time Warner, Georgia Department of Economic Development, Coca-Cola, InterContinental Hotels Group, Kraft Foods, and several other Fortune 100 and 1000 clients.

Rosengren, whose tenure at BrightWave extends for more than five years, is responsible for the day to day management of all client programs and strategy. Harvey leads the highly innovative creative team at BrightWave that produces exceptional work for its clients.
