RICOR USA, Inc. Names Bob MacLeod as President and CEO

RICOR USA, Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ricor Cryogenic and Vacuum Systems of Israel today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Bob MacLeod as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. MacLeod will be responsible for establishing the new subsidiary and growing its business in the US.

RICOR USA, Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ricor Cryogenic and Vacuum Systems of Israel today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Bob MacLeod as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. MacLeod will be responsible for establishing the new subsidiary and growing its business in the US.

Mr. MacLeod has over 22 years of US defense sector experience including 11 years of thermal imaging industry experience. He also served in the US Army and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Prior to joining RICOR USA, Inc., Mr. MacLeod was President of the sales and consulting firm RMA Global LLC where he represented Ricor Cryogenics and Vacuum Systems in the US. He also has been Director of Military Business Development for Aqua-Chem, Inc., and held marketing and business development positions at Kollsman, Inc., and FLIR Systems, Inc., where he focused on varied markets including the US military, homeland security and state and local law enforcement markets.

Mr. MacLeod will take over his duties February 1, 2011 and join the Company’s Board of Directors.
