Hayes expands its presence in the government sector

Dr. Wini Hayes, President and CEO of Hayes, Inc. (, is pleased to announce the addition of Ms. Cici Collins to the executive team. In her role as Vice President, Government Services, Ms. Collins will be responsible for developing and implementing an overall strategy for expanding Hayes’ presence in the government sector.

“As we begin a new year, we will be identifying opportunities for Hayes to contribute to federal initiatives in ways that will advance the government’s agenda to promote high-quality healthcare for our citizens, including those who serve our country and their families, to deliver healthcare efficiently, and to improve the health of our nation as a whole,” states Dr. Hayes.

Ms. Collins, who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Nonprofit Management from DePaul University, Chicago, IL, served previously as an independent healthcare industry consultant through Collins Strategic Services, Inc. Her experience includes strategic planning, proposal development, grants management, and procurement of performance-based federal health contracts. Ms. Collins previously worked for the Department of Human Services, city of Chicago, as Director of Grants, Research and Planning, and Project Manager. She also served as Manager of Corporate Operational and Business Planning and Manager of Government Contract Development with BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois.
