Vertilon Corporation (http://www.vertilon.com), a leader in high performance charge integrating and photon counting data acquisition systems for optical sensors, announced today that it has entered into a distribution agreement with DANA Technologies of Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The agreement entitles DANA Technologies to market and sell Vertilon's products throughout the country of South Korea.
Vertilon's product portfolio is comprised of systems and instruments specifically designed to acquire signals from multichannel optical devices such as multianode photomultiplier tubes, silicon photomultipliers, and avalanche photodiodes. The company's products are used in diverse applications that include PET, SPECT, flow cytometry, fluorescence detection, confocal microscopy, LIDAR, and high energy particle physics.

The agreement between the two companies is effective immediately.
