nGenx, LLC announces that it has received equity funding of $5.2 million from a private equity group comprised of former stockholders of Q-Comm Corporation, the company that owned nGenx through December 2, 2010. nGenx is utilizing this round of funding to support its recent investment in a next generation infrastructure as well as growth activities, including expanding its sales and marketing presence and success-based infrastructure and operational team growth.
“nGenx is ripe for meteoric organic growth from both its direct and indirect sales channels,” said Robert A. Bye, president of nGenx. “These investments are helping the company forge a path to support our projected growth in 2011 and 2012.” The nGenx leadership team has also secured a separate pool of money to fund potential acquisitions to increase scale.
nGenx recently completed its implementation of new infrastructure and internal IT systems. The infrastructure technology will allow nGenx to scale quickly and cost effectively while providing its customers redundant data storage across multiple data centers located in Indianapolis, IN; Louisville, KY and Evansville, IN. “With this new infrastructure build, nGenx has raised the bar.
