NeuralIQ is entering an exciting new phase of growth which demands an increased efficiency of operations and stronger alignment of activity with our expanding customer base in the Washington, DC area

NeuralIQ, Inc. (http://www.neuraliq.com), an innovative cybersecurity developer, announced several recent changes to its organization and management today. The former NeuralIQ and NeuralIQ Government Services have been consolidated into one entity, NeuralIQ, Inc. (NIQ). The newly reorganized company will be led by Admiral William J. Fallon, U.S. Navy (ret), who established NeuralIQ Government Services and served as its Chairman and CEO. Admiral Fallon succeeds Mr. Craig Husa, who stepped down as CEO of NeuralIQ as of January 31, 2011.

“NeuralIQ is entering an exciting new phase of growth which demands an increased efficiency of operations and stronger alignment of activity with our expanding customer base in the Washington, DC area,” explained Mr. Matthew Bergman, Chairman of the Board of NeuralIQ. “We are confident that under Admiral Fallon’s leadership NeuralIQ will achieve success as a market leader in the cybersecurity environment.”

“I am very pleased to be taking the helm of NeuralIQ at this time,” commented Admiral Fallon. “In the course of my career I have seen many good IT network security products, but I am absolutely convinced that NeuralIQ’s Event Horizon® is a game changer in intrusion forensics systems. We are beginning to deploy v3.0 Event Horizon with vastly increased capability and ease of integration with existing complementary IT network security products. It will deliver actionable intelligence in minutes instead of weeks or months, making each layer of an organization’s defenses smarter and more agile.”

The consolidated NeuralIQ, Inc. has moved it’s headquarters from Kirkland, Washington, to Alexandria, Virginia. The company’s Development Engineering facility will remain in Santa Monica, California.

About NeuralIQ
NeuralIQ enables organizations to see, understand and counteract cyber attacks that conventional security products cannot detect or decipher on their own. NeuralIQ’s intrusion forensics system, Event Horizon®, provides real-time detection and deconstruction of externally or internally launched cyber attacks. Regardless of encryption, attacker tactics, techniques and procedures are fully disclosed without the attacker’s knowledge of such surveillance. As a result, Event Horizon® produces a spectrum of actionable intelligence that offers unparalleled continuous monitoring, customized countermeasures, and predictive posture to help thwart the most sophisticated attackers and advanced persistent threats.
