Added a record number of new members to the eBillingHub partner network including market leaders such as, ARCS, Lexis Nexis, LT Online, MiniSoft, Inc, OB-10 and Rippe Kingston.
Released innovative new product capabilities including:
- Auto submission capabilities for Brideway's CorridorTM product, CSC's Legal Solution SuiteTM, CSC's Matter Management and Advocator Systems.
- Expanded the number of invoice statuses provided to offer even more visibility into the e-billing process
- Enabled the inclusion of attachments with e-bills to even further simplify the billing process
- Improved usability with the addition of timekeeper title mappings, filters to the Billing Wizard, and the ability to synchronize all invoices within the Billing Wizard

Processed over 1.5 million invoices over the past 5 years.
Continued to achieve a 99% customer retention rate, while consistently scoring over 90% in all customer satisfaction surveys
Year over Year revenue increased by 44%
