Singularity was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its Q1 2011 Forrester Wave report, Dynamic Case Management. In this January 31 2011 evaluation Singularity has been named as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Dynamic Case Management, Q1 2011.

In this evaluation, Singularity was complimented by Forrester Research, Inc. for demonstrating long-term commitment, vision and strong functionality in several critical Dynamic Case Management(DCM) areas. For this report, Forrester used a comprehensive set of case-management-specific evaluation criteria to compare the DCM solutions vendors and Singularity was ranked highly for its Current Offering and Strategy receiving top scores for product cost, automation and event management and product strategy.

To assess the state of the DCM market Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of top DCM vendors. After primary research Forrester included 10 vendors in the final assessment. Singularity has met the four main criteria for inclusion in this Forrester Wave:

1.    Singularity is often discussed in client inquiries, appearing on client vendor selection shortlists.
2.    Singularity’s solutions are widely applicable to use cases across three main case management categories, investigative, incident management, and service requests, which demonstrates a horizontal case management platform.
3.    Singularity demonstrates an innovative approach to dynamic case management.
4.    Singularity’s solutions include significant proprietary capabilities in key areas of technology for dynamic case management – BPM, ECM, social technologies, and analytics, for example.

Vendors are placed in four “waves”: leaders, strong performers, contenders and risky bets. Singularity is positioned in the Leader wave of Forrester’s evaluation and Forrester comment on Singularity’s distinctive capabilities:
