Dr. Mark Palim, Director of Economics for Fannie Mae in the Economics and Mortgage Market Analysis group at will present the Economic Update at the 12th Annual Strategies for Success in Construction Lending (SSCL) Commercial Seminar on March 2-3, 2011 in Denver Cherry Creek, Colorado.
His work focuses on the impact of trends in the banking industry and changing consumer behavior on the economy and on Fannie Mae. Prior to working at Fannie Mae, Dr. Palim spent twelve years working as an economic consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and LECG. His practice was focused on applying economic and financial theory to a variety of business disputes and policy questions. He has been a consulting and testifying expert in antitrust cases and disputes in the financial industry. He will be forecasting and the 2011 Economic outlook at the upcoming SSCL seminar.
