New, no-cost website helps salespeople create and maintain their own industry-specific networking group

RadReferral, a Dexios Corporation company, will launch http://www.radreferral.com this Friday. This free, professional, interactive, networking site will help niche salespeople create and maintain their own sales networks.

The new concept is tailored to US sales professionals who work within one industry niche over large geographical areas. As opposed to the traditional local “breakfast club” networking groups, the RadReferral users meet via teleconference making it possible to create state-wide, regional or national groups.

“Niche salespeople with large territories have traditionally been left out of the networking group phenomena, but now they have an easy and proven way to get more leads and referrals, gain industry intelligence and develop industry contacts,” says Kyle Tucker, President and Founder of RadReferral. “In this tough economic environment, salespeople need all of the help they can get to make quotas.”

The new website allows the user to search for an existing networking group according to their industry and request to join or to create a new group. The site then automatically tracks members and sends out the teleconference information according to the assigned schedule. RadReferral has also created a points system to measure, track and share an individual’s contribution to the group in an effort to promote behaviors which lead to more closed business within the team. Each group is limited to one person per profession so that competitors are not on the same call together.

Tucker came up with the idea out of necessity when his radiology-specific medical billing company did not fit well within the confines of traditional networking groups. “We started our own online niche group in 2008 which has been running strong since then. It was shortly thereafter we realized that if we needed something like this, that others do as well. Since then, we have been working on the website.”

There are no fees associated with using RadReferral.
