Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) February 8, 2011
The non-profit National Private Duty Association (NPDA) is offering a special advanced-level education event on March 1, 2011, in conjunction with its Annual Leadership Conference. The all-day program titled Grow-Profit-Exit will precede the full conference being held March 2-4, 2011, in Las Vegas at Planet Hollywood.
Training during this MBA level event will allow participants to focus on their businesses, and strategies for growth and profit. Highlights of Grow-Profit-Exit include presentations by George Hedley of Hardhat Presentations, Steve LeFever of Business Resource Services and Dexter Braff of the Braff Group.
“People may find themselves doing business in the same old way,” said Sheila McMackin, president of NPDA. “This event will open their eyes and educate them on ways to grow their business in the current competitive environment. Grow-Profit-Exit is a high-level, thought provoking presentation to educate and motivate.”
The full conference, open to all private duty home care companies, will include peer networking and discussion opportunities, education programs led by private duty industry experts, and an industry trade show. Session topics will cover hiring practices, caregiver training, client support, business marketing strategies, legal issues and technology.
