Bond International Software announces the integration of eEmpACT OnDemand and eConnect for the staffing industry’s only 100% web-based, front and back office staffing software.

eEmpACT's eConnect is now available on the cloud computing platform OnDemand giving staffing firms more choices - and improving efficiency with accessibility from any web-enabled computer.

On March 1-3, 2011 at the Staffing Industry Analysts Executive Forum in Miami Beach, FL, Bond International Software will debut the integration of two web-based staffing software solutions eEmpACT OnDemand and eConnect.

OnDemand is the staffing industry’s first SaaS cloud-computing front and back office solution. Browser-based eConnect provides customers and employees with fast, easy access to payroll, time cards, customer order functions and more. Previously only available on the server-based eEmpACT software option, eConnect is now available on the cloud computing platform OnDemand giving staffing firms more choices - and improving efficiency with accessibility from any web-enabled computer.

“Whether in the office, at home or on the run, eEmpACT On Demand and eConnect will enable businesses to successfully run their operations from anywhere with Internet access,” says Claudette Jaswa, VP of Sales and Marketing for eEmpACT Software.

Bond International Software’s development of eEmpACT On Demand offers a web-based solution for high-volume staffing firms providing key efficiencies:

  •     Eliminates double entry and patched together multiple systems with one centralized database.
  •     Enables firms to hold employees more accountable, giving them universal access to information anywhere, anytime.
  •     Allows sales reps to be more productive and completely mobile, and ensures consistent follow-up for potential customers.

eEmpACT handles all server, backup and upgrade responsibilities for an affordable monthly fee. Its state-of-the-art Cloud Computing option provides dual-power generators, multiple Internet feeds and redundant cooling for the ultimate reliability and security.

With Bond International Software’s eEmpACT eConnect, a staffing firm’s customers and employees can access information directly from the firm’s website, with no added confusion of new URLs or unfamiliar sites. eConnect acts as an add-on eEmpACT module coming directly from the staffing firm. The web-based solution links directly from the firm’s site, and even better, is customizable to the look of the website. eEmpACT matches the colors, pictures, logo, header, footer, etc. so it appears as though it’s a part of the original site. Additionally, eConnect:

  •     Increases customer satisfaction with self-serve customer capabilities: review open orders, place new orders, approve timecards and view invoicing details.
  •     Provides online employee access to timecards, payroll information and more.
  •     Increases staff productivity by eliminating time-consuming administrative tasks, freeing up more time to fill orders.

“Bond is dedicated to delivering the most powerful, flexible and scalable technology infrastructure to empower businesses to develop and manage global workforces,” says Steve Russell, Bond International Software CEO. “For staffing firms, that means sustaining a long-term competitive advantage by remaining agile 24/7 with eEmpACT web-based solutions,” he added.

Bond International Software is the Pinnacle Sponsor of the 2011 Staffing Industry Analysts Executive Forum. Bond eEmpACT is exhibiting alongside their sister brands Bond Adapt and Bond VCG at booths 302, 303 and 402.
