WMMB Launches 2nd Annual Macaroni & Cheese Blog Featuring Recipes from Top Food Bloggers

The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board has invited 30 of the country’s top food bloggers to participate in the second annual “30 Days, 30 Ways with Macaroni and Cheese” program.

New this year, the site will feature a comprehensive recipe archive, tips on making mouthwatering macaroni and cheese, and a page to share photos of your own macaroni and cheese creations.

The blog, 30 Days, 30 Ways with Macaroni and Cheese, launched on January 20 in celebration of National Cheese Lover’s Day. The site features a new blogger-created recipe each day for 30 days. The recipes run the gamut, ranging from simple to sophisticated, stovetop to oven-baked – incorporating more than 25 different Wisconsin Cheeses throughout the month!

New this year, the site will feature a comprehensive recipe archive, tips on making mouthwatering macaroni and cheese, and a page to share photos of your own macaroni and cheese creations.

Here’s a tasty sampling of some of the featured recipes:

  •     Sippity Sup offers a gourmet spin on macaroni and cheese with a creamy combination of Wisconsin Mascarpone, Fontina and White Cheddar cheeses topped with lobster.
  •     With a twist on a classic, easy-to-make dish, Madame Fromage creates “Limburger Helper” macaroni and cheese.
  •     Annie's Eats brings her favorite childhood flavors back with Muenster Mac and Cheese – a creamy yet smooth creation with a crushed cracker topping.
