Taught by local Chef and Instructor, Lauren Feldman, the classes offer local Seattle customers the opportunity to combine heritage grains, colorful beans, Italian pastas, organic chocolate, with seasonal produce and key pantry items to make quick, easy and consistently delicious appetizers, sides and desserts to complement their main meal.
“Customers come into our retail store everyday, see our array of beautiful beans, heritage grains and Italian pastas, and wonder what to do with them. It’s like they want to integrate these products into their cooking, but they're sure how,” said Eliza Ward, Co-owner of ChefShop.com. “Cooking classes are a easy and fun way to bring together Chef Lauren's delicious and easy-to-make recipes, locally-grown seasonal produce, and an array of must-have pantry items in an informal and fun cooking event.
