Green & Seifter, Attorneys, PLLC has announced that Associates Jason J. Centolella, Anthony J. D’Elia, and Kathleen Faulknham Centolella have been elected to Membership in the Firm.

Jason Centolella has served as an Associate of the firm for 5 years and practices in the areas of health care, business transactions, banking and financial institutions, mergers & acquisitions, and equipment leasing. He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and Florida Atlantic University. He grew up in Dewitt, and now lives with his family in the City of Syracuse.

Anthony D’Elia has served as an Associate of the firm for 6 years and practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential Real Estate, Banking and Financial Institutions, Federal governmental guaranteed loans and government grants, business formation including choice of entity, and litigation. He is a graduate of Albany Law School, and State University of Oswego. He is a native of Central New York and resides with his family in the Town of Clay.

Kathleen Centolella has served as an Associate of the firm for 6 years and practices in the areas of business transactions, business growth and development, mergers and acquisitions, New York and federal income taxation planning, and employee benefits. She is a graduate of the University of Richmond, St. Lawrence University, and New York University. Katie grew up in Northern New York, in Cape Vincent. She now lives with her family in the City of Syracuse.
