Bison Station Modern Texas Cuisine, located in the heart of Old Town Keller, Texas is pleased to announce Chef Josh Harmon as Chef De Cuisine. Only weeks after his appointment as the new Chef De Cuisine, Chef Harmon has unveiled an exciting new menu that showcases Harmon's creativity, originality and distinctive style. Staying true to the modern texas cuisine roots that is Bison Station, Chef Harmon has seamlessly combined rustic and modern with upscale and simple.
Guests can look forward to simple menu entries like Bison Nachos, BBQ Shrimp and the Brioche Bison Burger to more elevated menu entries such as menu favorite Chianti Braised Bison Short Ribs, Chili Honey Quail or Sea Truffles. The Menu also offers standard favorites such as grilled handcut Filet or handcut Ribeye.
Chef Harmon also assures guests will not be disappointed with the weekend specials. Every Friday and Saturday evening, dinner specials will range from bison strip steaks, rabbit, venison or sea bass to lamb, duck and other offerings you may not find in the immediate area.
Soon after she opened Bison Station to the public in September 2010, owner Gina Sanchez soon realized that Modern Texas Cuisine did not mean "cowboy cuisine". Sanchez believes that modern texas cuisine means diverse, creative and original, and that is just what Sanchez and Harmon are offering this New Year at Bison Station Modern Texas Cuisine.
