Jeffrey Mackay, Consultant
Jeffrey brings an eight year background in the Facilities Management industry. Jeffrey has supported operations as diverse as Covidien’s international real estate holdings, AIG’s New England real estate portfolio as well as pharmaceutical giant Pfizer’s global research site facilities.

A graduate of Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Jeffrey also holds an MBA from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University.

Jeffrey will support clients by leading operational assessments and facilitate both organizational and vendor optimization initiatives.

Susan Lizarazo, Business Manager
Susan has been active in corporate finance and accounting for more than a decade, most recently as Project Manager and Office Manager for Ultra Cooling Corporation. She also possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration / Business Computer Information Systems degree from Hofstra University.

Susan will be taking over Agile OAK’s finance and accounting function.
